How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our
warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. Please keep in mind that delivery
time frames begin calculating once order has shipped from our warehouse.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. You are
welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received. There will
be a return label in your package, and you can send back and request a refund.
Why was an item cancelled from my order?
Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons.
Possible reasons include:
- We are unable to ship to the address provided.
- Your item has become unavailable at the time of packing.
- We are having difficulty processing your payment information.
If your order/ item(s) are cancelled, you will receive notice via email. Please keep in mind
that you will not be billed for any cancelled item(s)/ order.
How do I return an item?
All orders come with a return label.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags
intact. - Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside,
then drop off at your nearest EVRI drop off centre. - Remember to keep your tracking number!
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive to our facility.

Do you deliver internationally?
We do not do international deliveries through our website.
How do I check my order status?
Check your email for your order details and find a link to track you item. Contact Us - If you
still have questions about your order, please contact us sales@bravery.co.uk
Please Note: Orders placed with a standard shipping method will take 2-3 business day to
process.
Returns
Damagesand issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once
the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know
if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time
for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
